The Way I Work

My approach is holistic and person-centered.

I see every person not as someone who needs fixing, but as someone who already holds the wisdom, resilience, and potential for transformation.

My role is to create a safe, supportive space where your inner voice can be heard again.

Healing and transformation are not linear — they unfold in cycles. There are times of progress and times when we circle back to go deeper, each cycle bringing new insights and lessons.

That’s why patience is central to my work. Insights can happen in a moment, but real integration takes time. Practice, compassion, and gentleness with ourselves are needed as we change, grow and heal.

I don’t believe in quick fixes. My role is not to push you toward surface solutions, but to support, nurture, and hold space for your deeper journey.
At the heart of this approach are three guiding pillars.

The 3 Pillars

At any point in our work together, three anchors guide the journey: Stillness, Awareness, Wholeness.

A framework that you can take with you as a simple practice in your own life, whenever you feel overwhelmed.

STILLNESS

Pause. Breathe. Tune in and turn inward. Reconnect with yourself, with nature, and with silence. In stillness, you begin to cultivate presence and hear the quiet wisdom that often gets drowned out by the busy noise and perpetual distraction of modern life.

AWARENESS

Notice what is emerging: thoughts, emotions, sensations, intuitions, the different voices within. This is the space of deep self-reflection and exploration — as you listen deeply, you become aware of the different patterns and aspects that shape your inner world.

WHOLENESS

Bring yourself back to balance by integrating all parts of you: your light and your shadow, your elemental energies, your mind, body, and spirit. Wholeness is about restoring harmony, realigning with your center, and living from your authentic self.

The Tools I Use

Drawing on my training as a certified Life Coach, Bach Flower practitioner, Astrology practitioner, and Yoga teacher, I weave together complementary methods to support the whole person — mind, body, and spirit.

COACHING

"The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are.” — Carl Gustav Jung

My coaching is rooted in Humanistic, Cognitive Behavioural, and Jungian traditions. At its core, it is person-centered: you are seen as whole and resourceful, with the innate capacity for growth and self-actualisation. Together, we explore limiting beliefs and patterns that may hold you back, while also looking deeper into the unconscious through Jungian-inspired work such as shadow exploration and individuation. Change arises in the moment you fully accept yourself and begin integrating all your parts.

ASTROLOGY

"Showing man the meaningfulness of his life is the most important thing that astrology can do."

— Dane Rudhyar

Astrology, for me, is not about prediction but about perspective. Your birth chart is a symbolic map of your inner landscape — revealing patterns, strengths, and life themes that can bring valuable insight. In our sessions, we use the chart as a mirror to better understand the energies at play in your life and in your personality. These insights can illuminate unconscious dynamics, offer clarity in times of crisis, and support a stronger sense of direction and purpose.

BACH FLOWER REMEDIES

“Health depends on being in harmony with our souls.” — Dr. Edward Bach

Bach Flower Remedies are a gentle, natural method for restoring emotional, mental, and spiritual balance.

Created from wildflowers, each remedy corresponds to a specific state of mind, emotion, or personality trait.

During a consultation, we’ll identify the emotions you’re experiencing and create a personalised blend to support you. These remedies work subtly yet deeply, helping to release inner tensions and restore harmony in your life.

COMPLEMENTARY PRACTICES

“Yoga does not transform the way we see things, it transforms the person who sees.” — B.K.S. Iyengar

Alongside these tools, I may suggest simple supports such as brief meditations, yoga, breathwork, journaling prompts, grounding rituals, or nature-based practices. These are optional and tailored to you — no prior experience is needed.

My Values

empathy

EMPATHY

Empathy lies at the heart of my practice — the foundation from which I build a safe, compassionate, and nurturing relationship with you— one that allows you to feel at ease as you open up and engage in your inner work.

equality

EQUALITY

We work together as equals. Our relationship is free from hierarchy or authority, ensuring there’s no ‘expert-driven’ dynamic between us. You remain independent and autonomous throughout this partnership.

non-directive

NON-DIRECTIVE

I trust your capacity to find your own answers and solutions. Rather than offering advice or interpretations, my role is to guide you with questions and reflections, supporting you as you uncover your own truth.

non-judgemental

NON-JUDGEMENTAL

With no threat of judgment, you’re free to explore your world and discover new perspectives. This openness creates the safety needed to release defenses, masks, and constructs, and to access the most vulnerable parts of yourself.
