As humans — and especially as women — we move through many natural life transitions.
When these shifts are big, they can bring moments of emotional upheaval, leaving us feeling completely lost.

These times invite us to redefine our place in the world — as mothers, as professionals, as human beings. 

Yet uncertainty, lack of direction and overwhelm can make us feel disconnected from ourselves and unable to flow with the changes life is asking of us.

In the search for quick fixes, we often forget that the answers we seek aren’t out there — they’re within.

This is where Coming Home begins — transforming these moments into an opportunity to return to yourself, by listening, recentering, and realigning.

How the Journey Unfolds

WEEK 1-3 RELEASE

Focus: In this first stage, we unpack the crisis and the life experiences that brought you here. Together, we explore the root of your unique situation — listening deeply to what is really happening within you, noticing what feels blocked or unclear, and identifying where a lack of meaning or purpose weighs heavily. This is the moment to name your emotions, uncover the thoughts and narratives that keep you in fight, flight, or freeze mode, and begin releasing what no longer serve you.
Outcome: This is where the weight begins to lift and you begin to breathe again. Through the safety of being supported and fully listened to, emotional release becomes possible. Your nervous system moves from high stress toward a steadier rhythm. You feel more grounded, and space opens for deeper exploration in the next phases.

WEEK 4-6 RECENTER

Focus: This is the phase of deeper reflection and self-exploration where we move beneath the surface to zoom deeper into your inner world.

We look at fears, limiting beliefs, conditioning, attachments, and self-judgment. We remember your core values, strengths, urges of expression, intuitions, and visions. This phase also includes shadow work — revealing unconscious drives and patterns while listening to the higher guidance within.

Here, you return to your center.
Outcome: You begin to see yourself — and your crisis — in a new light. Not only do you rediscover your authentic self, but you also uncover the hidden potential for transformation within your challenges. This stage lays the foundation for living with greater awareness, self-acceptance, and purpose.

WEEK 7-9 REALIGN

Focus: In this final phase, we reflect on the insights and higher perspectives gathered along the journey, integrating them both into your awareness and into everyday life.

This is the most creative and forward-looking stage — where alignment is restored from the inside out, and new directions begin to take shape in ways that feel authentic and sustainable.
Outcome: You feel regenerated and re-energized. You leave with renewed self-trust, a deeper sense of balance, and clarity of direction.

Grounded and at home within yourself, you’re equipped with practices and tools to return to whenever life brings new change or challenge. This is the moment when inner transformation begins to ripple outward — shaping how you show up in the world.
